BCUC Decisions Index
Documents issued by the Commission following a public hearing process (oral or written) of a significant Utility application. Decisions are based on the evidence presented during the public hearing process and are issued for major applications such as:
revenue requirements
rate design
certificates of public convenience and necessity (for significant new facilities or additions by utilities), and
certificates of public convenience and necessity
energy supply contracts
oil pipeline tolls
major energy projects or reviews assigned by the Lieutenant Governor in Council
