Registration

Registering as an Intervener or Interested Party:

To complete your application to be a Registered Intervener or Interested Party, you must submit a letter outlining your specific interest in the proceedings, who you represent, and whether you want to register as an Intervener or Interested Party. This information can be sent to us by way of letter, fax, or email with enough time to meet the deadline set out in the Hearing Order. Once your application is approved, you will start to receive all hearing documents and your request will be posted on the proceeding page under section C.
