BCUC Report to Government on the BC Hydro and Power Authority
Transmission Service Rate Program

    

The Transmission Services Rate (TSR) is a two-tier stepped rate for BC Hydro’s large industrial customers. The BCUC Report to Government on the BC Hydro and Power Authority Transmission Service Rate Program evaluates the TSR since its implementation in April 2006 and provides recommendations to Government and to BC Hydro to improve the rate structure and administration.
