Subscribe to a proceeding to receive email notifications when public information is posted during a BCUC proceeding. You will receive immediate automated electronic notifications when information is posted to the BCUC’s proceeding page.

Submit a Letter of Comment to share your views, opinions, and insights about an application or matter under review by the BCUC. Letters of Comment become part of the public evidentiary record and are reviewed by a BCUC panel before it makes its final decision.

Join the Process

Request Intervener status to actively participate in a BCUC proceeding. Interveners participate actively, responsibly, and respectfully for the duration of the proceeding to help ensure various perspectives are represented.

Interveners can file evidence, ask questions of other participants in the proceeding and file final arguments.

Privacy

All information that is filed with the BCUC in a proceeding will be published as part of the public evidentiary record. This includes, at times, names and contact information, for the purposes of participating in the proceeding. The information we collect is for the purpose of assessing your interest and expected participation in the proceeding, as well as who you represent, and how we can contact you. Please note that when participating in a matter before the BCUC, the collection and publication of your personal information is authorized under sections 26, 33 and 33.3 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act for the purpose of participating in a proceeding.
