File a Complaint About a Gas Marketer
The BCUC reviews complaints about conduct or activities of natural gas marketing companies. We work to resolve complaints that are within our jurisdiction, under the Utilities Commission Act. Customers who wish to dispute the validity of a contract with a gas marketer, can file a dispute through FortisBC’s website or by calling FortisBC at 1-888-224-2710.
