The British Columbia Utilities Commission has launched an investigation into Shannon Estates Utility Ltd. (SEUL) regarding a disconnection notice that was issued to Strata EPS 2412 (Strata). The Strata further claims that SEUL is utilizing Strata property and resources for the utility’s operations.
