Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity regarding G-383-21 Directive 1 Consultation Evidence

CB Powerline Ltd. applied to the BCUC seeking a CPCN for the Cosens Bay community electrification project on September 11, 2020. On December 17, 2021, a Decision was issued for the project requiring further evidence demonstrating that the Okanagan Indian Band has been adequately consulted on the project. CB Powerline now submits further evidence of consultation as per directive 1 in Order G-383-21.
