Corix Multi-Utility Services Inc. proposes to establish a non-rate base Property Tax Deferral Account (PTDA) for Dockside Green Energy (DGE) to record the annual variance between the approved forecast and actual property taxes charged to DGE starting from 2023 and to recover this amount through a rate rider mechanism.
