FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) seeks approval of the rates established in two fuelling services agreements between FEI and Halton Recycling Ltd. D.B.A. Emterra Environmental (Emterra) and FEI and GFL Environmental Inc. (GFL) for Compressed Natural Gas fuelling at the station located at FEI’s Burnaby Operations Facility. This proceeding reviews FEI's fuelling service agreement with GFL as the fuelling agreement with Emterra was approved by BCUC Order G-299-23.
