Electricity Purchase Agreement Renewal for the Coats Hydroelectric Project

British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority filed for acceptance an Electricity Purchase Agreement (EPA) renewal for the Coats Hydroelectric project. The former EPA for the Coats Hydroelectric project expired on December 31, 2023 and the EPA renewal for the Coats Hydroelectric project has a 20-year term and an effective date of January 1, 2024.
