Final argument and reply argument submissions are an opportunity for interveners and the applicant to make their final argument and summarize their position.
A Exhibits are issued by the BCUC and can include panel appointment letters, procedural orders, and information requests. A2 exhibits are added to the proceeding by BCUC staff. These can include staff reports, consultant reports, or other relevant evidence filed outside of the proceeding.
B Exhibits are issued by the entity, person, or group that submitted the application to the BCUC (applicant). They can include the application, responses to information requests, and other evidence.
C Exhibits are issued by registered interveners and can include information requests, submissions on process, and other evidence. To see the list of interveners in this proceeding, please click the "Intervener List" heading below.
D Exhibits include interested party registration forms. Registered interested parties receive email notifications when public information is posted during a BCUC proceeding.
E Exhibits are from individuals, organizations, and groups that submit a Letter of Comment to share their views, opinions, and insights about an application or matter under review by the BCUC.
Transcripts are written scripts from procedural conferences, workshops, oral hearings, and other events. They are included on the proceeding record.
