The BCUC has launched a proceeding to review the complaint made by the Strata Council representing the One Water Street (OWS) development against Kelowna OWS Utility Inc. Kelowna OWS Utility Inc. provides thermal energy services to the OWS development. The Strata Council submits that the thermal energy services provided by Kelowna OWS Utility Inc. are unreliable and unsafe.
