BC Hydro applies, pursuant to section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act for BCUC acceptance of two energy purchase agreements between BC Hydro and Atlantic Power (Coastal Rivers) Corporation for the Moresby Lake hydroelectric generating facility in Haida Gwaii, one being a 20-year renewal effective from March 15, 2024 and the other being a two-week extension effective March 1 to March 14, 2024.
