New Plant Premises and Interconnection Capital Expenditure

Completed: 2025

Creative Energy has applied to the BCUC for acceptance of a schedule of capital expenditures it anticipates making to complete the construction of the structure that will house its new steam plant at 720 Beatty Street in Vancouver. This schedule of capital expenditures also includes additional costs to connect Creative Energy’s Decarbonization Project, to be located within the new steam plant structure, to Creative Energy’s core steam distribution system.
