Reconsideration of Order G-266-24

Hai´?zaqv Nation (the Heilsuk Nation) requests the reconsideration of BCUC order G-266-24. This order included a request from BC Hydro to reconsider a previous directive for BC Hydro to file a long-term resource plan for non-integrated areas (NIAs) by March 31, 2024, and to include as part of that plan details of its NIA Diesel Reduction Strategy including proposed performance metrics. In addition, BC Hydro proposed an alternative regulatory framework for planning in NIAs.
