Non-Integrated Areas Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity Exemption

BC Hydro has applied to the BCUC under section 45(4) of the UCA to exclude the Tsay Keh Dene Diesel Generating Station capacity increase project and the Kwadacha Diesel Generating Station capacity increase project from the requirement to obtain a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) under section 45(1) of the UCA.
