Therefore, the BCUC is unable to guarantee the accuracy of any translation provided by Google™ Translate. The BCUC is not liable for damages or losses of any kind arising out of, or in connection with, the use of translated information and/or any potential changes in formatting resulting from the use of the translation tool.

The web pages currently in English on this website are the only official sources of BCUC information, including our orders and decisions. Any discrepancies or differences created in the translation process are not binding and are of no legal effect.
