Our Business Plan is updated annually in support of our strategic direction, and our Annual Report provides an overview of our achievements. Once finalized, these documents are added to our website to promote the transparency of our work.
In addition, each quarter we publicly report on our performance according to the metrics outlined in our Annual Reports. In accordance with the Utilities Commission Act, the BCUC submits its Annual Report to the Lieutenant Governor in Council for review and acceptance.
The BCUC is required to disclose compensation of its CEO and executives with decision- making authority who earn an annualized base salary of $125,000 or more over a fiscal year, pursuant to the Public Sector Employers Act, Section 14, Section 14.8.
