2023 Revenue Requirements

ICBC is seeking BCUC approval of a universal compulsory automobile insurance (Basic insurance) rate increase of zero percent for the 24-month policy year, commencing April 1, 2023. ICBC also proposes changes to BCUC-reported performance measures and other reporting.
