Neighbourhood District Energy System at UBC Flow Through Energy Costs

Corix Multi-Utility Services Inc. (Corix) proposes for the Neighbourhood District Energy System at the University of British Columbia (UBC NDES) to flow through energy cost variances to ratepayers by establishing an Energy Cost Reconciliation Account and replacing the existing Variable Charge with the Variable Energy Charge effective September 1, 2023.
