2024 Surrey Langley SkyTrain Electrical Servicing Project Request to Depart from 2018 Capital Filing Guidelines

BC Hydro has requested to depart from the 2018 Capital Filing Guidelines for the Surrey Langley SkyTrain Electrical Servicing Project and not file an application for a Certificate of Public Necessity and Convenience. The project will extend BC Hydro’s distribution system to provide electrical service to the new SkyTrain line.
