The BCUC has undertaken a review of the Thermal Energy Systems (TES) Regulatory Framework Guidelines, issued in 2015, which explain the current exemptions and address regulatory processes for all TES such as registration, complaints and reporting. Phase 2 of the Review of the TES Guidelines considers the form of BCUC regulation of TES, as well as revisions and updates to the TES Guidelines.
