Corix Multi Utility Services and SW Merger Acquisition Corp. seek BCUC approval for business combination and restructuring transaction pursuant to certain sections of the Utilities Commission Act. The BCUC will explore if and how the proposed transaction will impact Corix’s regulated business and customers.
